pilot.motors.elmo.error_code_e¶
Enumeration¶
Contains Elmo controller MF and SR error codes.
-
enumerator
NONE¶
-
enumerator
FAILURE¶ A fault occurred while the motor was enabled.
-
enumerator
TIMEOUT¶
-
enumerator
UNDER_VOLTAGE¶ Undervoltage: The amplifier is not measuring the minimum required voltage.
-
enumerator
OVER_VOLTAGE¶ Overvoltage: The amplifier is measuring a voltage which is higher than the allowed threshold.
-
enumerator
SAFETY¶ Safety: One or two of the safety inputs are in safety state.
-
enumerator
SHORT_CIRCUIT¶ Short Protection: The current has exceeded a range which is considered as a phase-to-phase or phase-to-ground short.
-
enumerator
OVER_HEATING¶ Over-temperature: The drive is sensing a temperature which exceeds the maximum allowed temperature limit.
-
enumerator
FEEDBACK_LOSS¶ Feedback loss: no match between encoder and Hall location.
-
enumerator
PEAK_CURRENT_EXCEEDED¶ The peak current has been exceeded. Possible reasons are drive malfunction or bad tuning of the current controller.
-
enumerator
DRIVE_INHIBIT¶ External Inhibit was triggered (INH/ENB).
-
enumerator
HALL_SENSOR_ERROR¶ Two digital Hall sensors were changed at the same time. Error occurs because digital Hall sensors must be changed one at a time.
-
enumerator
SPEED_TRACK_ERROR¶ Speed tracking error.
-
enumerator
POSITION_TRACK_ERROR¶ Position tracking error.
-
enumerator
INCONSISTENT_DATABASE¶ Cannot start because of inconsistent database. The type of database inconsistency is reflected in the status SR report.
-
enumerator
HEARTBEAT_FAILURE¶ Heartbeat failure. Error occurs only if drive is set to abort under heartbeat failure in a CANopen network.
-
enumerator
SERVO_DRIVE_FAULT¶ Amplifier problem: Indicates the problem that the power section of the drive has encountered.
-
enumerator
SPEED_LIMIT_EXCEEDED¶ Overspeed indication.
-
enumerator
ELECTRICAL_ZERO_NOT_FOUND¶ Failed to find the electrical zero of the motor in an attempt to start it with an incremental encoder and no digital Hall sensors. The reason may be that the applied motor current did not suffice for moving the motor from its position.
-
enumerator
POSITION_LIMIT_EXCEEDED¶ Feedback is out of position limits.
-
enumerator
MOTOR_STUCK¶ If the motor speed is lower than expected and the measured current is higher than expected, and if this is observed for more than expected msec, the motor is considered to be in the “Motor Stuck” state.
-
enumerator
UNKNOWN_FAILURE¶
