Cleaning

The ArgoDriveModule must be checked regularly to ensure that it is working properly and cleaned if necessary. Heavy soiling can lead to increased power consumption and wear and potentially to a loss of braking effect.

Warning

The servo controller unit is not waterproof or impact-resistant. Therefore, never clean the ArgoDriveModule with

• water jets or high-pressure cleaners
• cleaning agents containing acids, alkalis or solvents
• pointed or sharp-edged objects

Wheel Assembly Replacement

The drive wheel of the ArgoDrive can be replaced if necessary, as can the slipping clutch and the brake disc. You can find more information on this in your customer area.

Maintenance Plan

Please follow the maintenance plan in the original operating instructions of the ArgoDrives.

Warning

The ArgoDriveModules do not include electrically isolating switches. Before carrying out any work on the modules, they must be disconnected from all power supplies and secured against being switched on again. Otherwise there is a risk of electric shock.
